Tried M U G out with a. Coupon I got in the mail for a free hair cut. First time in was a great experience had the luck of getting Miss.Veronica, asked for a Mohawk and she hooked me up good that was about 2 months ago now and have been back numerous times since then. Now take my son there too he likes Miss.Becky. Very relaxed environment stylist are all very friendly and all seem to pay very close attention to detail always a pleasurable experience. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend booking online though as they do tend to get very busy. All in all I don’t foresee going anywhere else but here for quite awhile. Keep up the good work ladies.

This is by far the best place to get a great haircut and a real good price. The team members here are always very nice and friendly. You get a great hair cut. Then a straight edge razor shave on the back of your neck. Then your neck is covered by a hot steamy towel. A little massage with lotion on your neck. Then you can get your hair washed with a full head massage and a hot towel on your face. Finish it of with a little style and done. All this for just 25!!!! One of these days I will get a straight edge face shave.

We recently moved to the area and needed a new place for my 6 year old son to get his hair cut. This was close to our new house and offered scissor cuts which my son needs. Since we hadn't been here before and didn't know any of the stylists yet we chose to walk in rather than book online (which I will definitely use in the future). We were greeted and given an estimated wait time which was nearly spot on. The shop is extremely clean and the staff were all friendly. There's a waiting area with 4 chairs and a water machine. They also have a product area which was very tidy. The stylist who cut my sons hair was Alyssa. She was SO patient, kind and accommodating. My special needs son is extremely particular about haircuts and does NOT like clippers to be used, especially near his ears. Alyssa was SO amazing that she got my son Gunnar to sit for an entire haircut AND she was able to use clippers to clean up the edges and around his ears AND use a blow dryer to blow off the excess hair. I was so impressed. Even though my son has a hard time speaking clearly she still engaged him in conversation. We will absolutely be back for my sons haircuts and I'm sure my husband will be back for beard grooming.

I've gone all over to get haircuts but have never found a better place than MUG the staff is always friendly and personable and tend to all the customers needs! I always ask for Rachel or set up an appointment through her, her warm smile and bright personality is always something to look forward to! She is a very skilled and experienced stylist and has never messed up my hair. The conversations we have are some for the books she makes getting a hair cut fun and enjoyable from the beginning to the end. 5/5 star rating to MUG and a 10/5 start rating to Rachel keep up the good work!

I tried to walk into another location in Gilbert off of power, they said the next available spot was in 3 hours. Unfortunately, I didn't have 3 hours to wait, but it was my fault. I didn't book ahead of time, but they informed me there was another location a few miles away, I checked into it. They had immediate openings. That's how I ended up at this location. And the service was on point was greeted right away. And was able to sit down right away to get started. The lady cutting my hair was able to do it quickly. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. The cuts still look good as well. Just as I needed. I will definitely be back. I'm sure all the locations are great.

When I go see a stylist, I like to feel crisp and clean when I walk out. It is kind of a treat yourself thing us men have. I have tried many places but ever since I started visiting the MUG on McQueen I have been nothing short of satisfied with the services provided. Pam has been my stylist throughout and each time I walk out feeling good and confident. She is fantastic with a straight razor and has a good eye for beard shaping. Top notch, great men’s salon. Overall clean shop and friendly staff. The beard product they sell is also worth a try! I absolutely recommend this place.
